Since 2017 Martin has been collaborating with tenor saxophonist Alyson Cawley in many projects. They began by playing duo on standard songs and jazz repertoire and then invited various bassist and drummers to play. This resulted in formation of the quartet In All Languages playing the music of Ornette Coleman and quartets and quintets playing music by Charlie Parker, Lennie Tristano, Lee Konitz and Warne Marsh in addition to standard songs and also some original compositions by both of them. Intensive practicing, playing and improvising together on a huge amount of varied repertoire has resulted in a close knit and unique band sound that pays homage to some of the great composers and improvisers in Jazz whilst bringing their own individual sensibilities to the music and creating in the moment.

The quintet can feature guitarists Colin Oxley or Mike Outram Bassists Matt Ridley or Jakub Cywinski and drummers Matt Fishwick or Tristan Mailliot.
